Smile and Wave is happy to exchange your product within 14 days of you receiving your order. To organise, please email 

sam@smileandwaveonline.com

All goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Basically, we need to be able to sell it again.

COST OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thanks for your understanding!

 

FAULTY GOODS

Dang, sorry about that. If your product is deemed faulty, please email us at 

sam@smileandwaveonline.com

to organise a return. Please state your order number and attach a picture of the fault so we can sort it. Of course, any faulty items can be refunded.
