EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Smile and Wave is happy to exchange items up until January 30th 2024.

We do not refund for change of mind.

All goods must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Basically, we need to be able to sell it again. We will refuse to exchange or refund if we deem the item to be used.

Smile and Wave do not issue refunds for change of mind.

COST OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thanks for your understanding!

Only once the goods are back and the garment is assessed, will we then issue a refund/credit.

FAULTY GOODS

Dang, sorry about that. If your product is deemed faulty, please email us at 

info@smileandwaveonline.com

to organise a return. Please state your order number and attach a picture of the fault so we can sort it. Of course, any items deemed faulty can be refunded.
